Terms of Engagement.

These Terms & Conditions outline the strict operational guidelines governing the relationship between Lovelace Tay Tech and our clients.

1. Scope of Work

All architectural builds, audits, and marketing tasks are strictly bound by the Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed prior to development. Any feature requests falling outside the defined scope will require a separate engineering estimate and timeline extension.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full settlement of all invoices, the intellectual property of the final codebase, assets, and design systems is transferred entirely to the client. Lovelace Tay Tech reserves the right to showcase the final product within our operational archives unless a strict NDA prohibits doing so.

3. Financial Commitments

Project initiation requires a deposit (typically 50%). Work is halted if milestone payments are not honored within net 14 days of invoice delivery. We do not deliver final source code or live deployments until final payments are settled.

4. Warranty & Liability

We guarantee the technical performance of our code as tested on the day of deployment against modern browsers. We are not liable for breaking changes introduced by third-party APIs or client modifications to the codebase post-launch.
